Paul is currently Head of Quality and has directed Quality Control and ISO17025. He has led the “Zero Defects” campaign and fostered a real culture of continuous improvement in every position he has been in along with implementing AS13100 requirements.
He’s very proud of the fact he has worked his way up from the shop floor to a Senior position and has a real passion for Quality and making a difference.
His current company have now had a change of Executives and is leading the business in a different direction, and he is ready to make a difference in a new role and share his knowledge with a good team of people.
He has completed his notice period so would be available ASAP.
