Have you ever been generally happy in a role but just feel as though you could be so much happier elsewhere?
A candidate that I’m working with is in the exact same situation, if you ever have been, you’ll know that you naturally become curious to see what the markets looking like…
He’s a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer that’s keen to continue progressing and learning within the engineering and manufacturing sector. He’s currently doing an independent apprenticeship but has around 5 years of hands-on experience.
Majority of his experience has been carrying out both plan preventive and reactive maintenance on a range of CNC machines ranging from 3,4 and 5 axis machines. Don’t get me wrong he really enjoys the kit he’s working on but feels as though he lacks guidance and help from the company as whole.
The most important thing about his next career move is that the company can offer stability, progression and the chance to continue learning. Location wise he’s based in Blackburn and would be happy travelling up to 45 minutes for the right opportunity.
Salary wise, he’d be looking for anything upwards of the £35,000 mark. If you think it could be worth setting up a chat between the two of you then please feel free to reach out.
