When talking to Andy he went into detail about his 3 greatest professional achievements:
- Created & deployed a world class training programme for manufacturing supervisors. This was assessed and certificated by the manufacturing institute, resulting in the company becoming a recognised place of learning.
- Created a live Quality reporting system using Power Bi. This led to continuous improvements that resulted in an upturn in Right First Time (RFT) from 65% to 85% in 6 months.
- Cut machine set up time & testing by 80% via a Design of experiments (DOE) project.
In addition to this, he is an experienced trainer and a qualified ISO9001 auditor and previous experience as a lead quality engineer.
Andy would be looking at around £45k salary and has a notice period of just one week so is ready and raring to go.
