He deals with non conformances and pretty much coordinates all of the Quality department. With a team of Quality Inspectors his main job is to rewrite the whole business processes and has also had some experience with the CMM side of things along with 8D, RCCA, FAIRS and some PPAP.
Greatest achievement so far in his career would be getting sign off for a Formality Equivalence Checking machine because they were suffering with bottleneck and it was taking too long to inspect, he got this signed off and it improved the production process by 90% so he is very proud of this.

His main experience has been around Aerospace or Automotive but he is quite flexible with what industry as he feels like his skills are quite versatile and he would be looking at a salary of around £38K and above with a notive period of around 1 month.
