I am working with a Quality Inspector who has recently been let down by a company he was due to start with, he had applied for a US visa and everything went through smoothly until they phoned him on his start date to let him know they no longer had the work for him and he had to move back to the UK.
He has a lot of experience around CMM and FAIRS and his knowledge is mainly around the Aerospace and Automotive standards. He is also a qualified CNC Programmer but he does prefer the CMM side of things.
He is big on Quality so it’s important that he works somewhere that has the same opinion and the 3 most important things to him in his next career move are:
- Job Stability
- Good environment and culture
- The availability of progression and development
He would be looking at a salary of around £45K and would be available to start pretty much immediately due to him no longer having a start date with the company he was meant to work for.
