I am working with a Senior Quality Engineer that has worked for some pretty big Aerospace companies in the last 10 years. After being promoted a few years back in his current position he is ready for the next step into Quality Management which isn’t a possibility where he is now.
He has strong leaderships skills working with a Quality team of around 15 Engineers and leading change through product Quality & RFT. Disposition of Non-Conforming Product, FAIR Approvals, OFI Identification, Customer Issues and Corrective Action Results.
Sam is PFMEA trianed, AS91000 rev D Internal Audit training, has experience of various forms of statistcal data analysis, IAW AS13006/RM13006. In addition to this he has experience of operating CMM with Mitutoyo Software and knowledge of PPAP, Gauge R&R and root cause analysis methods and tools.
Along with the ability to progress further in his career he would be looking at an easier commute as he is currently travelling 50 minutes there and back from his house in Yorkshire and has a young family he would like to be closer to.

His currently salary is £46.5K so he would be looking at anything above that and has a notice period of 3 months.
