A candidate I’m working with has just been moved to shift work however due to his partner having an illness it means that he can’t work night’s even if he wanted too, if that’d be a problem then there’s probably no point in reading the rest of this email…
He’s an experienced electrical maintenance engineer that has had heaps of experience in a range of different industries and has worked with a variety of different kit such as: CNC machines (3,4 and 5 axis), millers, motors, water pumps, slurry pumps conveyors, hoists and many other different types of plant and machinery.
He’s been in the industry for 15 years and is confident when it comes to reactive and plan preventive maintenance as well as contributing towards continuous improvement and energy efficiency plans.
As I mentioned day shifts are essential but he’s also looking for a company that’ll allow him to continue learning while utilising his existing skills and somewhere with a positive culture.
He’s based in Burnley and would be open to travelling up to 30 miles for the right role. Salary wise, he’s open to anything paying upwards of the £43,000 mark.
