A CI Manager who, because of internal changes within his current employer is now looking for a new role closer to home in Greater Manchester.
The candidate started as a machine operator, and it quickly became apparent that he had an eye for Continuous Improvement and has since developed through the ranks in a variety of industries including food and packaging. He is now a Master Black Belt and regularly trains individuals and managers in lean manufacturing principles and generating change throughout businesses he is brought into.
They’re after a challenging new role in which he can put his mastery in lean to good use.
Some key achievements in recent years include:- Just under £2 million annual savings through CI
- 18 people trained in yellow belts across the last 5 years
- Delivering £800k of CI savings in a year, while supporting the site to stay COVID secure
