- Designed and implemented a tool for a specific family of parts that enabled operator measurement using the Optimax optical measuring system that brough the part in line with IATF16949 through control plan implemented production. This included successful MSA study requirements
- Responsible for running the corrosion salt spray bath including phosphate checks, aggressiveness, thermal shock, and plated check
- Successfully trained 2 inspectors to ISO/TS16949 standard
