- One other was developing a process with my team that other organisational companies could not produce to complete a major project for a major automotive company, from this other companies in the group came for training and advise on how it was done
- Introducing various automated machines reducing staffing levels from 16-8 allowing single piece flow and light out manufacturing improving OEE in the department from 40- 75%
