Managed to review the business processes and map all procedures including manufacturing, finance, sales, purchasing and warehouse in order. This project took 6 months where he was entirely dedicated to deep in the business process in order to produce quality manual and to comply with BSI/ISO standards. - Inventory control and turn
Mastered the material planning and stock forecast reducing the stock turn from 8 to 4 months working alongside with sales team in order to build a sales forecast to support the purchasing decision of materials and finished goods.
