- After being hired to support engineering by an oil and gas field where I previously worked, I successfully and independently completed several control software validations making sure that the plant would run safe and effective, raising and solving engineering design issues
- I raised several safety issues on Hazop reviews for an oil and gas plant and remain persistent in my stands regardless of initial disagreements. It resulted in design changes which made the plant safer
- Many times I have raised engineering issues that have changed plant design (e.g surge detection, waste recovery units, voting philosophies of F&G loops etc. )
