An energetic, innovative and highly motivated Operations Manager/Director/General Manager with full P&L experience having developed through an Operations and Service background with demonstrable successes in Lean Manufacturing, Change Management, process improvement and people development throughout the supply chain in a variety of industries including businesses with machine shop and assembly functions.  Notable achievements include; 2 site/business relocations, taking a European Pilot Project from concept to industrialised process and also developing a process deemed impossible in order to avoid £1.5M capital expenditure through the investment of £1.5k.

  2. Managed a full manufacturing business relocation from 1st stage proposal to completion in under 6 months and 10% below budget (£1.26M)

  3. Delivered overall 4% pa sales growth in 1st year against a backdrop of a 22% decline in sales in the key Oil and Gas market/customer base due to Oil Pricing and all sister sites in same markets averaged decline of 25% pa during 2016/17.
