My skills and successes are proven in many different size companies and structures from SME single site, to multi site and international corporate organisations. Ive led a highly unionised business that had 53 manufacturing facilities in 9 market sectors attaining performance improvements from all.

Achieving and improving P&L, EBITs, strategy setting, Sales Growth, budget setting, Union relationships, achieving company financials as well as leading Business Operational Improvement through Lean & CI Deployment, Restructures, Behavioural Based safety, Visual Management, Reliability Maintenance programmes with energised teams are all within my remit.

Why are they a good candidate?

I quickly deliver on Leadership making businesses better than when I arrive, including Strategy, Structure, People, Union relationships, Growth, Vision, Direction. I have a continuous track record of achievement in many sectors with my foundations in the Automotive Sector, also a fully skilled Mechanical Engineer.

I am positive, enthusiastic & resilient and have a “Can Do” approach that, simply put, gets results - a business winner as well as facilitator who is a consummate advocate of championing a customer care ethos for clients and colleagues alike. Very diverse in sector knowledge including but not limited to: metals, engine components, plastics, food, recycling and medical devices.

I’ve developed the philosophy of “Back to Standard” and “Good to Excellent” on the improvement and engagement journey.

3 greatest achievements:

  1. Proposed and delivered the programme to BMW that gave them their first Quality RFT Mini directly from the assembly lines. I also delivered cost down savings in excess of £2m per annum.

  2. Created the UKs 1st Bulky Household waste remanufacturing facility for a leading council with interest from the Prime Minister.

  3. Led 53 sites through OFSTED approval achieving rating improvement and £120m funding from the Dept Work & Pensions.

3 most important things about next move:

  1. I look forward to working for a company whose vision I firmly believe in, which allows my natural enthusiasm to flourish and with my skills exceed on this new adventure.

  2. I want to enjoy every day at work along with my colleagues and add real value to a business.

  3. I want to have longevity with a business and be instrumental in its success with my teams and leadership style.
