  1. The structural test pre-flight of the HERTI Unmanned Air Vehicle program as Prestwick Airport, from implementation of the test rig, hydraulics and control systems, data acquisition through to defined test report. Program value cost of £250K and timescale of 16 weeks.

  2. Leading the team from Japan in the Commissioning of the Remote Operated Vehicle in Shimonoseki (Japan) with full power control box, Launch and Recovery system, Vehicle with full robotics and a control cabin. Total cost of system to customer of system £9M and timescale of 3 weeks.

  3. Directorate level improvement program to increase output of units from 350 to 500 units a year in a defined bottleneck area using a Kaizen and DMAIC improvement methodology. Total measured saving £113K in a single year of scrap alone, margin improvement of 4% on a program worth 13.2M and target build program successfully achieved.
